Shipping & Refund Policy
After your order is placed, we will ship it out in 1-3 business days. Please allow this time for your order to be made and shipped. When your order ships, you will receive an email containing the tracking number.
At this moment we are only shipping to all US states.
Please ensure you have correctly entered your shipping address details as we cannot be responsible for orders that do not arrive due to error in address.
Shipping cost is calculated by weight and your location at checkout.
Return Policy
All our candles are hand poured, slight imperfections and color variations may appear by nature. They may also come with small white marks known as ‘frosting’, which is a natural occurrence with soy wax. Please note that these minor imperfection won't, in any way, affect the quality or burning time of your candles. Please visit our FAQ for more information.
Returns and exchanges
Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we do our best to make our customers happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch and we will do our very best to solve the issue.
Damages and issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and contact us within the next 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. You must provide a description of the damage and photographic evidence to essencesparkcandle@gmail.com In these cases we will be happy to refund or replace the item as quickly as possible.
Essence Spark Candles is not responsible for parcels that are left outside in the heat, cold or rain for a long period of time.
Lost parcel
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost parcel. Please contact your shipping provider.
