What are your products made of?
Our candles are made from 100% natural soy wax and cotton wicks .
Is Essence Spark Candles eco-friendly?
Yes! We are an eco-conscious team who's committed to keep our waste to a minimum.
Is it normal that my candle might have some imperfections?
TOTALLY! As our candles are handmade and hand poured, slight imperfections and color variations may appear by nature. They may also come with small white marks known as ‘frosting’.
Tell me more about 'frosting' ?
Sometimes candles may develop frosting. It is a natural occurrence with soy wax and especially with colored candles. This appears because the wax is trying to return back to its natural form and as a result it begins to crystallize. Please note that it DOES NOT affect the performance of the candle in any way.
How can I take care of my candle?
• On the first use, burn your candle for 2-4 hours to avoid tunneling or allow the wax to melt to the edge of the glass.
•Always remove any decorative toppings from the candle such as dry flowers or anything that might interfere with the flame to avoid any accident.
• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
• Trim the candle wick to 1/4 inch or shorter before each use.
• Always keep candles away from kids and pets in a safe location.
Do you do wholesale orders?

Can I move the candle once I light it?
Never touch or move a candle while it is burning or while the wax is liquified.

Unfortunately, we do not at this time.
How long will it take to process my order?
Once an order is placed, it may take up to 1-3 business days to be processed. After it has been process, you will receive a notification (email or SMS).
